Be a good human 

I have found that I have to be careful with this as it is human nature for people to be negative to others and try and hold you back.

Is had 'not fit for human habitation' posted on 2 places n the house. 

I'm also in contact with the builder.I looked at this new construction of which they are small box's built as cheap as humanly possible on lots that are basically given away.5 years from now when they are used and abused rentals they will revert to the mean price point.. be worth 35 to 50k.. so who ever is buying these will lose 50% or so of the value.. no way they will maintain those values in those neighborhoods. 

It great because it works on pretty much anything that might attack you, be it K9 or human...Or bear.

Just because someone is ignorant, doesn't make them a horrible human being.

Bankers are humans too and it’s just as much our responsibility as it is theirs to make sure they take care of our needs.When in doubt, pay for additional inspections for added reassurance.  

Giant, bureaucratic corporate behemoth must have SOME human being with actual knowledge and the willingness to disperse it, right? 

No human error in typing it in.
