Thanks @Iris OlivasI did some searches and ended up on a site that provided state by state listings of Private Lenders some of whom did 75k and up. 

I am so excited to be more involved on the BiggerPockets site.

But I also love the idea of investing in real-estate and utilizing its tax benefits I have read around 10 ish books or so and the one I am reading right now recommended this site I am looking for some advice of things I can do to either prep for an investment into real estate and or do right now.

And those who purchase the timber rights then come in, at there own expense, with there own equipment, there own operations, harvest, site mill, do whatever reclamation and then leave. 

These things need so much power that unless the site has access to major grid access point you're wasting your time.

I'm on Airbnb and Vrbo, and also Houfy (direct bookings) but have stayed away from Booking .com because of the horror stories from fellow hosts.

It is a lofty goal with no easy path to accomplishment, but what you describe seems unlikely to accomplish the goal.Note most people on this site are RE investors.  

Alerts I set up through sites like Realtor.com or Zillow.
