That is truly hilarious!

They are great and hilarious and there is so much information on each of their podcasts so hop on that! 

Some amazing, some heartbreaking, and some outright hilarious!!

But then I wonder why they post at all, the completely hilarious ones... really, are they expecting anything more than sympathetic replies, or are they truly seeking a solution to what are clearly systemic errors in thinking and judgement?

Nor any need to spit out your insides, both hilarious yet disturbing at the same time.  

I got so many by offering a mere 1 to 2k over ask it was hilarious.

@Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner are both hilarious and bring loads of guests with lots of information for your listening pleasure. 

Plus she's hilarious and sweet and we love her.Our agent had been making a number of unsuccessful "low ball" offers on properties on our behalf, maybe too low (I'm admitted the super-conservative math nerd of the partnership), when Christina noticed a property on her way to work that had a real estate agency sign in the yard, so she makes the call (yay, another offer!)
