In my opinion, if your heart is in real estate and not this mobile juice bar, then I recommend you chase your real estate dream. $200k is a hefty amount of cash to get you started on your way to financial freedom.I recommend you find and purchase a fourplex using an FHA or conventional loan.

If her heart is set on a SFR she can call home right now, pull the trigger and save your funds for investment at a later date.
