Aloha,Poorly maintained tanks, and especially tanks in an environment that creates excessive condensation on the exterior of the tank, often drip onto the floor, damaging floorcoverings and underlying typical subfloors or hardwood flooring.

Great property, perfect setup for a duplex with separate driveways, entrances, back patios w/ storage, brand new roof, plumbing, newer HVAC, appliances, flooring, etc.

It’s taking Seller a while to provide the HVAC report but while time passes after due diligence - Flooring cost is way too expensive at the price point they’re asking for 130K + Care of property never took place till decided to sell so I’m not comfortable any longer - Home sits on corner lot on a slight hill with crawl space - Lots of weather changes has caused the home to settle + improper supports needed. 

I live on the top floor but have also rented out both floors previously via STR.

Fortunately, they have acquired a house, and now we can rent the first floor at market price.

Then you do floors because you can't do base and case until the floors are in and going full costs of paint will just get damaged during the balance of the rehab (although I often complete the ceiling paint in total).

We also had to replace two rotten walls and some rotten floor joist and subfloor.

If they have mattresses on the floor, never hang up their clothes, and leave beer cans all over the place, that's their issue.

I went into the bedrooms and don't notice the sloping floors so much just by 'feel' and admittedly haven't put any measuring device like a level to it. 

In particular I am seeking help for the following;1) "Provide an evacuation plan (shall include Site address, floor plan//site map, escape route(s), meeting placeoutside the home, emergency number 9-1-1).
