Hello guys , what do you think about dallasand Houston projections for 2025 is it a good market to start my wholesaling business their and what do you recommend me to do. 

Guys - I was just quoted $5000 for the Trust package (Trust, Will, Living Will, and Power of Attorney), plus $1660 per LLC, which includes one holding company in WY and however many other LLC’s you want to start.

There is a guy near me with 6 small houses he rents , he has a waiting list .

Luckily I have a good relationship with another concrete guy and he squeezed me into his schedule the following week.

Guys get a bonus when they are done so we are moving along.  

1) If you've got guys willing to front all the money while you gain experience and make some money then that's a no brainer.

He is a busy guy but he is very knowledgeable and could probably help you out with multiple if not all of these things. 

To put a relatively extreme scenario out there, if you offer 3% more than the next guy in cash (no bank debt) and provided a copy of a brokerage account statement showing the cash was available, I am certain you would get the deal.To echo Joshua's comments: how you are planning on financing the deal is hugely contingent on being awarded deals.

Guess what guys, I just started using Buildium and we are in 2023, they still do NOT have a way of properly entering and tracking your credit card expenses.I use one credit card for all expenses and at the end of the month I am trying to make a lump sum payment for each property and there is no way to handle something this simple.
