The benefit here is that I cannot get behind on taxes and if I fall on hard times and my buildings are empty, my rent payment is based on my income, so I guess that is attractive.

People will confirm wanting to stay at your unit....you guessed it. :)  But all of those bring you closer to the lead that books *and pays you*.Best of luck.

I guess I would really want to run numbers to see where the benefit is.

(Sidenote, cattle inventory in the US is at an all-time low and now we are shutting down imports from the south because of a parasite "new world screwworm") - so I guess my steaks are going to go up no matter what. 

I have 4 mailboxes, and signs for all 4 addresses, and I've been paying sewer for 4 units.I guess I need to set up a protest hearing, but what should I be doing before then?
