I don't use bandit signs but I wonder how many of these same pissed off people call and complain about the church illegally putting up signs for their sales,  the local fore department doing it for their fundraiser,  schools for their events, the family who litters the neighborhood for their yard sale or other small local businesses who put it up for roofs/granite/computers/hair/etc/etc/etc.

You can seemingly charge your passives whatever you want under Brad's program (subject to what the market will bear, of course), but I believe LU's "speed dating" makes fund raising easier vs.

Its basically deal sourcing (schmoozing with people with property - like bankers), vision and decision making (composing the portfolio with properties), and for fund raising, whether its guaranteeing loans or raising funds from rich people.
