Well , heres what I do , first I am a contractor I dont hire home inspectors .

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

This would be a waste of everyone's time and money.

However, I would encourage you to Network work local real estate clubs in the PA/NJ area to help identify your target market and ideal investment for your first property.

A lot of times you don't know what the big box guys are going to refer to you. 

Self-education is the first step.

I’m new to real estate investing and am in the process of trying to acquire my first property.  

Things just require more ongoing expenses percentage wise out of state because you have to pay people to do everything for you and you will have a longer time building relationships with vendors even when getting decent referrals. 

I think a large part of building wealth is being optimistic and paranoid/scared to death at the same time.

I am closing on a 3 bed 2 bath home in Nampa, ID that will be my first flip or BRRRR.
