I see some larger single family homes in areas that appear to be zoned R2 that, at least from a physical perspective, seem like they could work for this.

I've seen small multi-families (2-4 units) appreciate very nicely in the Lewiston/Auburn area.

These are great for experienced flippers who can handle the tight timelines and costs.Private investing usually involves individuals funding your deal, like friends, family, or networking connections.

I preferred couples rather than families due to liability and damage.
