If you want appreciation, identify markets with expanding industries, positive growth trends, and bright economic forecasts. 

In about 10 years they should be worth more than USD $500,000 individually and more importantly have a business model and the knowledge to expand in Belize and other countries.  

You can easily report them to the regulators if they do something fraudulent and can pay fines and/or have their license revoked. 

You can grow so much faster if you focus on single platform and it is not late to expand to multiple platforms once you get too big to be on one platform.
