I'm sure there are people making great money running short term rentals in exotic locations around the globe, but there's too much uncertainty for my taste.

But I's like to add something as regards hardening rentals: there are certain kinds of granite that chip very easily and need frequent sealing, usually the more exotic, expensive types.

I've never been impressed by or been driven to purchase brand new cars or phones or clothes or exotic vacations, etc.

or you need to go to low value asset land were you have unsophisticated sellers by and large who just want to walk away.. those folks you can talk into all sorts of these exotic owner finance deals.. they all work I have done many of them.. but its a level of sophistication that many times the sellers wont understand and wont go for.. what they understand is CASH...

Lambo' s are my favorite exotics...Im definitely inspired to make that happen for myself.

I will get an exotic eventually, but don’t want to hinder my apartment goals.

That is an exotic way of pulling out equity.

Lori says nope we are going in at 6.4  as she had deduced the seller was foreign and bought the home for their 19 year old son to live in while going to collage.. not sure what a 19 year old needs with a 14k sq ft mansion with exotic cars to boot.

Also, fun fact, using trusts to acquire property is nothing new or exotic ...
