As I gain more experience in REI, I would also like to share the knowledge I would have gained to future investors, especially I would like to help empower people that might be struggling financially or people that come from a disadvantaged situation in life such single parents, orphans, etc.To have the financial resources and time to advocate for our planet, and help to make it a better place for the future generations to come.

I agree with @Tchaka Owen, Quicken is a large lender with very strict criteria and their employees are not empowered to make their own calls on special situations.

I agree, there need to be more women in this industry to feel empowered enough to get involved in their remodels... because it's true, you do not have to be a strong man to take down a wall!! 

How do you empower and protect yourself - do you include due dates, late penalties, etc in your contract documents?
