But otherwise the best way to get in front of people is through either word-of-mouth like you're doing or paid advertising on Google, Meta, Pinterest etc., I think there's a lot to building a "community" like feel for your tenants that may include events, giveaways, etc., to get them to engage with you and elevate their living experience.

The permits and architecture was done prior to start.).For most people the finances are the limitation to scale.  

Reason why is if you go to sell it, people are not going to comp it based on 40 year loan.

You can't do a ton of vetting otherwise people will just to elsewhere.

The only inssue is that i have not found many people in the area that have done it and would like to ask if any one here has done ADU's in Orange County or Long Beach and has it been worth it for you . 

As a community I think we should focus on helping people who have had their housing situation negatively impacted recover as quickly as possible.

Lenders will want to see the filed Articles of Organization, an Operating Agreement that you can get from your attorney or, if you're brave and it's just you on the LLC, some people use Legal Zoom or Law Depot.

Sadly, many people treat them like a commodity.

Are there any local meet ups or websites on where to find more people who have a moderate level of experience meaning they are  somewhat experienced but still looking to collaborate and network with more inexperienced investors like myself.
