My goal is to continue building my portfolio/empire - there are no emotional ties to this place.Would you sell?

When people are asking these basic question I read it and understand it's not a knowledge based question, it's an emotional one framed as a knowledge question.

The clients that I get very concerned about are the ones that are telling me how to do my job.Overtime, they become the most expensive in your business because they take an emotional toll as well as more actual time.These people are almost never satisfied and are quick to jump the gun on everything.

If I end up rebooking the dates I can have a conversation with the guest but that is my rule. follow the cancelation policy and don't let emotions get involved.

Will be 59 soon and looking to give up active work and the 1M questions was indeed where my emotions has/have been wondering.

These properties are more susceptible to buyers overpaying because they are emotionally attached to the house.

Money is not emotional, it is just money and money loves company.  

If you can't emotionally separate from it, then it's best to sell it and invest the money in a different property.

You can tell your AI tool to make the copy more emotionally compelling and you should perform much better as a listing.  4.
