I am not looking to give tenants permission to ask for relief before they even think of it themselves.

The idea is to help a little—defer a few months rent and maybe tack onto the end, while the buyer gets a worthwhile discount for giving this relief.

I pray that relief is coming soon and I know that a deal gone bad is nothing in comparison to what families around the world are dealing with today. 

This means that their income has remained the same, and in addition, the government is probably sending out relief checks in the near future.

I heard Grant Cardone saying that the government is giving relief to landlorsds, is that true ?

It could be worth researching if there are any new, or alternative options for your financing because of the coronavirus because you may be able to qualify for a "relief" loan of sorts that could have better terms than what you're in right now.
