Hello and happy New Year’s Eve everybody.

Midnight causes problems as they can claim they didn't know what day-yes they should be able to think of New Year's eve and midnight as an exam, but having seen too many students mess it up with assignments, we often do 1159 pm on X day.

Someone got stabbed in the face at one of my rentals on New Years Eve a few years ago.

I actually just received similar news 2 weeks ago as well, and that's after my son was just born on christmas eve 14 months ago.

In looking at the website it says "n our lumber packages we can supply all the walls (inside & out), windows (Milgard), hardware, roof system (trusses or rafters), roof plywood, T1-11 siding, lap siding (LP or Aurora) barge, fascia, trim around doors, windows, corners, rake & eve.

Tenant also complained about the pigeons roosting under the eves and getting into the attic.

While having Christmas eve dinner, I received a phone call from one of my tenants that the toilet is plugged and will not flush.  

Ugh, @Eve Cherkova, I had a similar situation a few months ago and rescinded on a foreclosure offer just because I didn't wanna deal with it.Its a tough call, and you need to look into NJ landlord laws.
