If you still promote them on your platform my opinion is that you need to encourage them to work on their communication skills towards the customer...

Too much clowning around, giggling/laughing, self-promotion, and as @Brian Gibbons said listening for an hour to find the 30 seconds worth of gems.

To be "bullet proof," diversity is key ESPECIALLY when investing in one sub-market.

Addressing concerns from both sides rather than ignoring the issue and complaining is crucial, as this promotes fairness and mutual understanding.

Compared to many of our industry peers, our company is large, diverse, and made up of many personality types.
