If you are out of state and taking someone else's description as C+, who knows what you might be getting. 

Most states include things like abandoning a job, requiring certain information on contracts like license numbers, estimated time to start and complete, description of the job, etc.

I would consider anything close to this description.

If I were asked to lend $135k for renovations, I would need a lot better description of your financials.

In the description of the property you are searching for they can list an address versus a property description (3 bedroom 2 bath etc.).

In the MLS you will find every type of description of houses, for example; estate, foreclosed, vacant, motivated seller, institutional seller, REO, bank-owned, divorce forces sale, etc..  

Hence this post.I could use some advice on where to find good data on the present market conditions, particularly recent sale information on single family homes in my area with a description of the product. 

Every lender I have spoken with thus far has been a bank that doesn't seem to fit the Portfolio Lender description.
