I am interested in potentially buying a trailer park as the investment is in the land and the tenants rent the lot, bringing their own asset (mobile home) to the location and typically, they stay for the long term. any invoice for a new real estate investor trying to get into this business?

Incredible lessons learned on how detailed the city of Bellaire requirements are, working in the floodplain, balancing multiple projects and scaling the business.

2) They get busy dealing with all the mundane day-to-day stresses and business responsibilities at which time quality, responsiveness and service may, or may not, suffer.3) Sometimes... 

I like the business model with them really helping get it all set up.

I also know folks that have used 0% business credit cards to purchase and flip a property.

A few others have me mentioned other rust belt cities reviving because of cheaper housing prices, rising rents, and new business moving in.  

To make real money in this business requires busting ***.

I have NEVER received a call, much less outside of normal business hours.

after alot of procrastinating (like since I started this thread) I was pushed to write a business plan for my dreams in RE and Architdcture.
