I haven’t found another platform that offers the level of flexibility and customizability as Podio.

Just wasn't happy with the system overall.I have heard a lot of people say they use Podio because it is fully customizeable and you can add automation, but there is a learning curve with it. 

They are customizable, so they can match a buildium price, but you won't have all the buildium features for the price. 

If your business focuses on something particular, then this is absolutely the right choice for you.I would also like to mention that this organic IDX includes lots of customizable widgets, like search bar, sort options, property gallery, featured agents etc.

Good software will have customizable late fees, let you choose if you want to accept partial payments, and allow you to turn off rent payments for a rental unit so you can deactivate the payment options for a tenant if you have to start the evictions process.
