We are all Collaborators in Creation - we are literally creating the world on a minute to minute basis.

In general, there is no real cost difference amongst the creation and perfection (recording) of the deeds.  

Figure out either an internet business(either dropshipping, ebaying, affiliate marketing, content creation(writing, reviews, videos, etc)(dude, start a blog now, put content on it, you put your story here, you can put it on your blog and eventually it will rank, even more as you progress your life improvement strategies))    ------    or start a super low overhead service business to start and run(think mobile/stationary car wash&detailing, cleaning service, maybe high demand time uber driving etc), or one possibly related somehow to real estate (if that is your interest)- like Landscaping(not maintenance-due to high equipment costs).

Real estate has helped wealth creation through tax savings as well appreciation.

The risk was assumed with the creation of a three-unit condominium.  

Plastic organ creation, Flying cars, you name it.

Buy and hold is by far the best strategy for long term wealth creation.

The BP tax strategy for REI book has a plethora of examples showing that creating entities all over the place doesn't necessarily save you a dime come tax-time, but can be great at generating fees for folks that provide entity creation services. 

 - RE-experienced/friendly lawyers do entity creation consistent with the state laws that govern their construction and governance

I agree with the other coments that the price is too expensive.Recently I came across Northwest Registered Agent and am planning to go through them for my next entity creation.
