One thing I would say is definitely don't compromise.

Blah blah blah... well, I compromised with him: I wrote up the offer that night (it was already almost 8pm when we saw the property) and he would at least get the ball rolling in the morning to get a letter...

We were concerned that by digging around the leech field we would compromise the field & it would require replacement.Good luck!!!

@Sebastian Hernandez I am not sure that this is an obstacle per se, but house hacking always involves compromise.

I will compromise for the benefit of all but I believe in win win.

The whole sewer system was compromised and should have been discovered during the sewer scope inspection.

Like everywhere else, deals need to be made and compromises will become a necessity.  

See if you can negotiate some sort of compromise if they kick-back, which would be understandable as well.Good luck! 

The heat from old (o/loaded wattage), incandescent fixtures compromises the insulation & shorts happed.
