Brief history of myself..I have been a mechanic for the last 16 years..I use to love to fix cars, but now it is time to move on, as I se the writing on the walls, and it is just getting worse in the dealerships..

Also, hypothetically -- if you purchase a property for rehab and about half-way through you get an offer on the property from an interested buyer for after the rehab is completed and you make the sale.Is this something that will trigger SE tax?
