I understand compassion but this is beyond courtesy.

My last car was a 2013 Jeep Compass that I bought in 2015.

I am an agent at compass and can help with the lawyer aspect.

Moreover, it sounds like you are empathizing way too much with your tenants; this is a business that should be handled with dignity and compassion but at the end of the day, it's still a business. 

You can have a heart and treat people fairly and with compassion (even if you have to ask them to move) .
