When confronted with this, I often install some ducted AC and leave the radiators.

In this full gut rehab scenario, are you doing new HVAC with new ducting, new electrical panel and wiring, new roof, and new plumbing?

Regarding the laminate, you can usually find a color match pen/marker used to repair scratches.
