If you have elderly parents and want them close to you but having their own space.  

I purchased a property in a Del Webb 55_ community, with my parents in Indio CA, 3 years ago.

However, that person purchasing the business shouldn’t expect to have any time available to handle outside activities like real estate investment, competitive golf, or child rearing.  

I texted the tenant about it and said that I'll need a deposit for the second dog to which she replied,"My parents are helping my grandmother move and the dog only stays with me for a few nights at a time, do I need to pay a deposit for this?".

The 3/1 we rented to a late 50s couple with an elderly parent and their college-aged son who is home on breaks. 

If your guests travel with a child, that second bedroom will be a necessity.
