In Land Investing Online there is a free support group as well as an affordable monthly subscription (I think $100) where you can share your deals for input from the other members. 

They literally went through each operating agreement and prepared an email listing out each member of each LLC and clarifying they each had to guarantee the loan despite the fact none of those entities were even being used for the purchase (which was previously explained to Dominion Financial). 

I think I'll follow several members advice and sell them both. 

I am a member of a private group that puts these syndications together ONLY with members of the group. 

If he gets put out he's just going to wear out someone else's welcome, which is probably a friend or family member and that's where he belongs instead of putting off his problems on you.

Switzerland does impose some restrictions on foreign and non-residents buying property but you can still buy and several members of my family actually own property there.

Your background as a licensed architect with experience in commercial and residential projects is an incredible asset, especially here where so many members are navigating construction, renovations, and design challenges.Out of curiosity, have you worked on any projects that were particularly challenging or rewarding?

This really depends on the entity, # of members, etc. 

I “hope” you are not married or it will make it very difficult as you can’t have a disregarded multi-member LLC except in community property states.
