With the new hospital, casino, expansion of grantline road, good schools and various other infrastructure building it's ripe for appreciation.

STR can work out in eastern CT, but they have to be near the casino and priced competitively when compared to the hotels in the area.

In one small town in NC, there is a casino being constructed in an area with almost no STRs, it's still 2 years from opening, but what people don't realize is that because of the lack of hotels, and the size of the projects, contractors have no where to stay, two of my clients have bought very cheap housing in the area, modestly furnished it, and have better ROI than almost any other investment they've ever had.

I am currently focused building out team and learning more from other BP members.Outside of investing in real estate I'm a big sports enthusiast, travel junkie, & lover of pizza.

It is in a vacation area for outdoor enthusiasts that is gaining more attention.I believe listing with a local agent, I would loose more equity to commission than I would like.

@Nick R. if you do add it as an option for quests make sure you add additional sign off paperwork that makes you not liable for the safety of the horses or anyone who comes in contact with the horses.The other option is to rent the barns and additional land out to local horse enthusiasts.

My city, Richmond VA just announced a large $350 million casino development with hotel restaurant spa etc.
