Vikas,I think you are mistaken, the car is in the street in front of your house, right?

This dollar number is nearly a half month's rtent, though not alot of money in the laregr picture.The car is in the way of work I am doing at the property.

I found that Home Depot caries a PEX tool which only costs $30, but requires the use of your Vise Grips (which most handymen should have several).

I have someone making me payments on a car I sold with interest, not much.

We are thinking along the same lines as you that this money is a wash as the applicant is spending the money on gas and repairs for the car. I

Tile can be $1.50/sf or $50/sf.The moral of the story is construction/rehabbing is like asking someone how much it costs to buy a car.  I
