Couple this with the fact that Alberta is still considered a "have" province and is paying $19 billion/year in equalization payments to places like Quebec, who boasted a budget surplus and doesn't generally give its support to oilsands projects, and Alberta families are paying hundreds of dollars more per year for an empty "carbon tax", it feels to most here that the rest of Canada likes to kick Alberta when we're down. 

You may also want to get a carbon-copy checkbook so you have a copy of each check you write.

(don't know my chemistry well enouh to know what contains carbon),  but you implied that shingles are inorganic and cannot have mold growing on them.
