I’ve redone the floors, painted the walls, ceilings and cabinets, changed all the light fixtures, replaced HVAC unit, ran an ozone machine for 2 months, and had Servpro come in a use Chlorine dioxide.

Couple this with the fact that Alberta is still considered a "have" province and is paying $19 billion/year in equalization payments to places like Quebec, who boasted a budget surplus and doesn't generally give its support to oilsands projects, and Alberta families are paying hundreds of dollars more per year for an empty "carbon tax", it feels to most here that the rest of Canada likes to kick Alberta when we're down.

One day you will love this then the next you will be pulling your hair out.I highly suggest putting in your lease tenant checked all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.I also make them write that they will keep working batteries in them at all times.This will be like any relationship,no two people are the same.What works with one door might not work with the next.I will HIGHLY SUGGEST READING Managing rental properties by Brandon Turner !!!
