Steel bath tub, cheap or more expensive kitchen cabinets, LVL or some other type of flooring, and anything I can do that will help me out in the future?  

Luxury vinyl flooring, quartz counters and shaker cabinets. 

The pee had gotten underneath a small end cabinet.

I am planning to put in LVP, paint the kitchen cabinets, and add some tiles to the bathroom.

There are dirty splashes on the white cabinets near the toilet….

I really like the kitchen cabinets are they locally sourced or something that could be shipped.

Also, I must say those cabinets now look great.

Looking for advice on granite or soapstone kitchen countertops that will look good with White cabinets, Agreeable Gray walls, and a beige-ish floor tile. 

Simple - just be generous with yourself, and assume they'll trash everything in sight and steal the appliances, cabinets, plumbing and electric. 

@Enrique Saucedo, I did a substantial amount of remodeling on all of the units.The first 7 units, in Mountain View had essentially the same level of work: New flooring, new oak kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new appliances, new toilets, new tile, grounding of electrical outlets, sheet rock, paint, new fixtures.
