I'm just not seeing how growth in the number of homes sold is helpful at all and as I've said, is just a distraction for new investors that are already struggling to get their arms around all of the metrics that they are bombarded with when trying to evaluate a market.

With regards to cooperating with the competition, I thought that was a great idea too, but reading some of the forums it seems that equates to frustration from buyers who get bombarded with the same property with varying prices.

Part of my reluctance to do so is that when I connect with someone who continually connects with other people my dashboard gets bombarded with notices of each of these connections.
