I'm just not seeing how growth in the number of homes sold is helpful at all and as I've said, is just a distraction for new investors that are already struggling to get their arms around all of the metrics that they are bombarded with when trying to evaluate a market. 

But anyway, I'm glad I don't get bombarded with letters saying "I want to buy your property!"

Not worth the time for me because my area is bombarded with CL ads daily.

If you only knew how many times firms get bombarded with new agents.

With regards to cooperating with the competition, I thought that was a great idea too, but reading some of the forums it seems that equates to frustration from buyers who get bombarded with the same property with varying prices.

It seems like you can't advertise even a sofa on there anymore without getting bombarded!

I am going stop here to apologize mid way through for this bombardment of information, but it is all very important when it comes to deciding what to do.

 - we get bombarded - with all kinds of request - who cares - WE decided to put ourselves out there in a public forumwhat i'm trying to say is:why sweat the small stuffget annoyed at things that cost you money or lose your money!!

Part of my reluctance to do so is that when I connect with someone who continually connects with other people my dashboard gets bombarded with notices of each of these connections.
