In your experience, do live Auctions draw a huge crowd or are there rarely attendees?

As a result, you will see more attendees than those just from biggerpockets.

I’ll Be starting a new thread today to gather interest and possible number of attendees along with location and meeting frequency. 

I am considering attending this event and I would like to hear what previous attendees have gotten out of it. 

It’s a free event and We expect 30-40 attendees all looking to get their first or 2nd investment property in the area.anyways welcome to the site and be sure to enjoy the ride! 

But then I thought about it from the attendee's standpoint.

There is no charge for this month's meeting as we are hopeful that any/all new attendees find Josh's insights into our market interesting and may want to consider joining our group to hear the 2nd and 3rd parts of Josh's presentation at the October and November meetings.Bob
