I have legal background, billing, office and executive assistant type experience, and now many years of marketing experience as well.

I was running an sms campaign through an overseas assistant, but I've been researching AI sms marketing platforms that actually handle conversations from beginning to end, qualifying and disqualifying leads. 

I’m based out of state so would be looking for a company that could assist with day-to-day issues as well as securing tenants.

I've invested with the same group for the past 7 years but when I joined they had been already in business as a real estate fund for 3.5 years and asked to meet withy the fund manager who took the time to tour me personally in California and hen a year later I went to see one of their bigger projects for assisted living facilities. 

You could put in a range of numbers for purchase price and closing costs, renovation expenses, and expected returns and you could very quickly get a range of projected return on investments (although an excel spreadsheet could easily do this as well), but I'm sure as technology develops we will see even more sophistication in AI's ability to assist in deal analyzing.

Nope but it certainly assists for people than it hurts and also only about 1/2 the loans in the country get securitized.

I've done a lot of research on this topic as both an investor and as one who assists other investors in exploring this strategy.
