Did you use asphalt shingles for your roofing?

Our company develops raw land in Nashville, although we typically focus on infill subdivisions converting old industrial sites, we are usually installing all new water/sewer, gas/electric, asphalt/concrete and stormwater infrastructure.  32 units by-right is a bit small, and probably why its been passed over. 

My background is in Geotechnical Engineering - pavement design, road design, foundation design, rock slope hazard mitigation, and slope stability designing.Goals: 1.

Here are some details: - 12 units - ten 1-bedrooms, two 2-bedrooms - Covered parking garage- Asphalt driveway Capital improvements made recently:- Window replacement (summer of 2014)- New roof on main building & Car Port (summer 2018) - Replacement of entire driveway and uncovered parking- Gutters Replaced with Commercial Gutters - New concrete in courtyards between car ports and building - installed cameras with 10-day DVR loop Post LOI, we plan to do a full inspection to check on HVAC systems, but we want to still put in an informed offer and ensure the property is still worthwhile with a budget for CapEx built into our projections. 

I had the Maple Heights inspector tell me that the owner was required to resurface an asphalt driveway.

I find out the sewer is backed up by a chunk of asphalt getting shoved inside it (wonder who did that).

Want asphalt drive way so you can resurface it with the dripping oil etc.

In both Colorado and Missouri I don’t see a lot of asphalt (blacktop) driveways.

The good news is our economy is doing great right now so go pound the pavement
