I have been following the Real Estate Investing industry for a while and just recently decided to put my focus into it and implement a plan I had in mind for years.So I went down to Puerto Vallarta I put together a team of local realtors, brokers, contractors, property managers and a lawyer. 

It's probably going to mean paying points at closing, a high rate, and a serious pre-payment penalty (like 5 years).

If your properties are all located in CA I would advise looking in states like IN, OH, FL, TN, OR, GA and a few other states depending on comfort zone.

I do / done many rent to own (contract for deed) and a few seller finananced deals where I keep the note.Why not in parallel use a flat fee listing on MLS too?

And, as I'm sure you know, both investors would require a 3rd party verification of assets to prove their accredited status.Let me know if this is what are asking or not.

My mum currently lives there, she is 80 and not very well, but you would also become a tenant in common and as such if you had the time you could profit 100% from the transaction, as I need cash urgently and am willing to heavily discount the asset.I am wondering if there is a market out there where someone wants to get a foothold in the London market by buying my part of the property.
