Not sure how midterm does in other areas, but it has been an amazing strategy for me (allowing me to save money on PM and decreasing the turnover and potential issues with HOA or neighbors).

I did a DSCR loan once and was amazed of the BS fees which were charged.

It is definitely an amazing way to reach financial independence especially if you stay consistent with it!

Cash flow can look amazing on paper, but reality can be a different story.
