Then I told tenants first come first serve especially since #5 told me they couldn't have any peeling paint because section 8 won't allow it and also has her 18 year old son whose on disability living with her and brought a known drug addict to the showing....I used first come first serve to protect me from tenant #5.

Its to my understanding that denying a applicant for drug related crimes violates the disability act because the government considers addiction a disease.

Basically, if they are "materially damaging" the property or blatantly violating a specific term of the lease (such as if the lease says no drug use but they are using the property for regular drug parties for the entire neighborhood).
