Again, playing from the other side...when I met with a Legal Aid Attorney on rent control matters as a tenant the name that came up as an aggressive (and possibly unethical) landlord attorney was Rosario Perry.

I work full time in healthcare, and I'm starting this to hopefully become self-employed and financially independent.  

Walmart, Kroger, Rite Aid to just name a few.

- Have you worked with specific source of funding that would be of interest for commercial healthcare?

I'm in healthcare administration and I'm also adjunct faculty at a medical school. 

I am in school but TA covers tuition cost and i was going to use whatever student aid and loan came from the fafsa.

It's possible the tenant can apply for federal aid as their income has been affected by the hurricane.

The agent portion would simply be a means to aid me in my overall goals.

The state is in a recession right now (though the medical/healthcare industry which you are in is doing great) so that means job loss and population decline.

I just don't see a 10%+ reduction in overall prices in Nashville in the near future, short of skyrocketing interest rates or the complete nationalization of health care.
