Frustrating.  

What does it tell you when a city can't afford to put a few structures with colorful lights for the holidays?    

While there is good reason for the frustration caused by the delay in this project, last night, proof was provided that the project is moving forward in form of the presence of a successful and powerful local company joining the project.

But it gets frustrating - I've been frustrated with this sort of issue for a very long time, and I guess it's a "Soul Challenge" for me - lol (this goes way beyond RE).

You can try and fight it but does not mean you will be successfulI would also be curious to see what your property insurance looks likeFor me this is just another example that home prices are gonna eventually have to soften as between taxes, insurance and Interest rates home affordability is very challenging

It's been a frustrating experience, but I knew it was necessary to protect the property and move forward.Amid those challenges, I also started a kitchen renovation in my unit.

Texas boasts affordability and business-friendly policies, but lacks some cultural amenities.It depends on your priorities!

If you do not have an accounting program I highly recommend STESSA it's affordable and Bigger Pockets recommends it.
