In my mind what you get is hard working do a very nice job generally speaking and will work when many born and breed americans simply wont. 

For people who do not mind paying $100 or more a night when they see what fits their buy box, their time is more valuable than searching on airbnb for multiple hours to save $15.

Most of my owners use our services because we take the property off of their hands and minds and they simply collect their checks as they come in but I have some owners that prefer to be more hands on and use our services because they value my opinion, resources, and ability to get their homes occupied at top dollar.- From someone who owns and operates a MTR and LTR PM company with over 75 units and an investor myself

I know it seems like this older lady has an intent to intimidate me, but hopefully she is just behaving this way because her mind is slipping later in life.

BTW you said you have a 9-5 so keep in mind you cannot double dip on the employee 401k contribution.

With that in mind your property that's not cash flow today has a chance to in the future without paying it off. 

I personally don't mind cooking on electric but I will say that cooking on propane is different than what most people know which is natural gas.
