Smaller cabins 1 bedroom style do well in that it's typically last minute bookings by couples so things can stay consistently busy, conversely the big ones 5 bed plus with movie theaters, pools... tend to book further out as the cabin itself is the destination for families and large gatherings.

Competition is different too, 1-4 won't ever require that you tear out a few units to provide game rooms, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, one new complex here has a theater, bar, snack/coffee bar, kids playroom, free Wi-Fi and a shuttle bus!!!

If you have a really nicely themed out house with amenities attached (arcade/theater, theme rooms, private pool) then probably not necessary, but it helps.

I would think after a busy day at the attractions most would just want to relax in a comfortable, clean quality house in their own pool...but, I could be wrong and the club houses, arcades, water parks, bars, theaters...could attract more vacationers..
