It's not fundamentally different from buying Walmart stock. 

Not to mention that we have Nestle building a new center here, along with John Deere, Ikea, Walmart, Target, Williams Sonoma who are already here. 

So far it has been durable enough.Similar vinyl plank is now used in Walmart stores near me - with all the foot traffic they get, I'd be surprised if they chose that and it was unable to hold up.

How close it it to shopping areas, like WalMart?

There's plenty of shopping areas including grocery stores (like walmart and Kroger) and places to eat no more than a 10 minute driving away.The rest of this is really just from Zillow.

No but I had some identity theft about 8 years ago an the person used my info to get credit cards from home depot, circuit city, wal mart, and about 3 or 4 other places.

They all pretty much want PGs now which defeats the purpose unless you're talking about store cards like Sears, BestBuy, Home Depot, Walmart, etc.

If you're determined to stay in CA and keep your condo, get a job at the Walmart or Walgreens, which should give you enough to live on, and go to school when you're not working.Jon
