While traveling back and forth to Philadelphia, I stayed in a rental in downtown and met a real estate agent in passing.

However I would probably bill it back to the tenant monthly if it was based on usage like water.

I chose the latter, because I used to travel a lot of for work and wanted a hands-off investment.

This means there is upwards of a 10 minute drive to reach some of the "A" locations in the neighborhood when traveling from  the "C" areas.  

My wife and I grew up in Erie and would like to have a duplex/triplex as our home base while we travel for her work. 

Noise travels easily in this house, and the first floor tenants have been complaining every day.

Plan for time to rest from the rigors of nursing and investing, along with occasional travel.

Its prime location and modernized appeal have made it a favorite among travelers and professionals, generating steady and reliable income.

From my observation/experience, Berryessa and Piedmont Hills areas are more family-oriented, so the demand there is generally for primary residences, renters, or travelers visiting families.

With Morganton’s growing population, influx of major corporations like Tyson Foods, and frequent visitors traveling to and from the mountains, this property is perfectly positioned for long-term growth and profitability.
