Just wanting to connect and ask if anyone has any tools, methods, techniques on getting their house sold after flipping it.

In the begging i learned a bunch of different marketing techniques that may work well in another county but may prove ineffective here.

I'm looking into learning a lot more including single housing/multi family housing, business properties and ways to invest knowing the different techniques to use including no money down, lenders and other aspects. 

I use resources like skip tracing, credit pulls, and many other resources and techniques to determine the borrower's ability to pay.
