Like when an appraiser says a ring is worth $10,000 but won’t buy it from you for $5,000. 

We’ll try to charge a bill for the stolen power, new lock ring we install, etc on the previous person, but won’t hold a new owner responsible, nor do we go after landlords who have tenants that do dumb stuff; we just want our meter back and all to be back to norm.

I understand I have cooperation with the daughter to finalize this transaction as it is ringing up taxes and HOA fee's in her parents names.

I recently have a new tenant, and when rehabbing I installed a bathroom mirror with a backlight, that had a glowing ring on the mirror that is used to turn the mirror on/off.

Some park owners ended up in a "term default" during this period due to bad luck or the failure to start early enough in obtaining a refinance given market conditions.The only difference between the two asset classes during and after a recession is that the demand for lower price-point housing costs is higher ($280 national lot rent average in mobile home parks vs. roughly $1,250 per month in apartments) so the phone rings a whole lot more at mobile home parks and the potential to raise rents is much greater given the fact that mobile home park lot rents are absurdly low to begin with, as a result of mom & pop "quantitative easing".

The next thing you get then is this faux mortgage insurance and they try to get 3 to 5k out of you for that.. being that your new and all.. and it has just enough ring of truth that folks fall for it..
