i am about to take my real estate agent license test really soon i primarily got my license to assist me with buying flip dealsi plan on investing in the metro detroit area , Wayne Oakland and mocombdoes anyone have any recommendations as to which broker to resister  with ?

Apparently the aluminum siding was considerably thicker and more damage resistant and the coating that provided the color and graining to the panels was more costly and had a longer lifespan.The FTC lost that case.

Not sure if buyers will resist to sign affidavit even though they will live in property.Thanks Shannon

You'll find resistance and negativity all the way to the bank. :-)   It comes from agents (no offense), lenders, sellers, tenants, relatives, co workers, contractors, strangers       Overcoming all that is part of the fun and satisfaction.  

I couldn't resist adding in the line "our respective names are spelled and pronounced entirely differently."

There is quite a bit of resistance by traditional investors to all CFing, IPOs are no different.  

It is my opinion that the town should approve a small apartment development that will meet their housing needs with little resistance.
