Regular schedule updates should be completed to track the progress vs. the baseline agreed upon schedule.

The person I want to invest with is able to accumulate cash, in their personal life, on a regular basis, and is not, over the course of many years, blocked by one barrier or another from this accumulation.

Then, how does that look if you were to updated units and move out and rent both sides? 

For example, I work closely with a PM down here in Charlotte so I know what they're going to be recommending for updates/work to be done prior to getting a tenant in place.

We regularly have people apply with fake SSNs.
