Mine were over $50 per outlet (many recommended keeping the lights as-is since the friction created there is much less than the outlets) because you have to use special purple connectors or a special seal method that only electricians trained by a specific vendor can do. 

The other really nice feature is the "Septic" tab that allows you to see parcels with active Septic systems and if they are pumped systems (purple square) or natural flow (green square).

I always hear peeps on here reference "Pay or quit notice" Being a student of the "purple book", the Minnesota landlord and tenant responsibilities guidebook I don't see that as a requirement.

It's a cooler grey (not warm like a greige) with blue undertones (purple/red undertones with certain brand paints).
